PRESENTER: Michelle Ruiz, Managing Director – Consumer Insights, J.D. Power
Michelle is the Managing Director for J.D. Power’s Consumer Insights group.
Prior to joining J.D. Power, Ms. Ruiz worked for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), Ducker Worldwide, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where she held a variety of account management, marketing research, and consumer insights roles.

- Room M336, Buell Management Building (3 rd floor). This is directly across from Donley North Student
Housing. - If you come in the main door of the Buell building, you are on the correct floor. Go to the left,
down the hallway, and make another left at the Office of the Dean. The room will be on your left
side, right above the atrium.
